I felt compelled to share this list. Following these habits changed my energy, focus and patience. It doesn’t matter what city I’m in, I’ll do my best to not break these habits. Some places it might be difficult. Having grown up in the UK, I know it can be hard to find sunshine! Regardless, sticking with it through the ups and downs of life is a priceless form of self care that your future self will be thankful for.
